I am 10 days into my first ever steroid cycle which is just using Tbol alone using Finatserid I have been taking this for years anyway as my hair is thin and Milk Thistle mg ED. I am taking 60 mg ED, spread over breakfast, lunch and dinner. This cycle will go for 6 to 8 weeks.
I am drinking about 3 liters of water a day. My diet is high in protein and carbs with salads and vegetables in between. I try to eat 4 to 6 times a day with fruit. No alcohol and no rubbish. I train 3 days on, 1 day off with cardio. Each body group is trained with 4 exercises at 10 to 12 reps, starting each training session with 15 minutes cardio: Am thinking to move to Super Sets next week.
I have not gained any noticeable weight. What should I be expecting? After researching this site I was expecting to see muscle gains - nothing dramatic, but surely noticeable. I read here that most say with Tbol it takes 3 weeks to notice anything? Is the dosage OK? Some say that at least 80 mg of Tbol ED is necessary? I also have Dbol at hand and was wondering if I should at some stage in this cycle stop Tbol and start Dbol?
