The holster always seemed a lil big for a PM. CZ 75 compact, glock 27 and probably more that i have not tried. Sponsored Links Remove Advertisements. What sizes on these relate to our US sizing?
I just saw them on the site. The commie bastards put the mag pouch on the wrong side. Originally Posted by Greentimber. Are the loops and hooks on the back of the vest for attatching an EG raindrop pattern boogbag? I want to forget mistakes they've helped me make; Its better to be broken, then to break Originally Posted by Q-gunner2.

If it was on the opposite side, and everything done with the left hand while the right hand is on the pistol grip, one would either have to turn the weapon to the side or move the right hand to charge the weapon.
I dont mind that the pouch is on the right side. I prefer to keep my right hand on the pistol grip and charge it with my left over the reciever while the rifle is turned 45 to the left if im standing.
I get more leverage on it using the left, unless it was shoulderd and had no where to go, charging it with my right while sitting. Besides, these DDR Paratrooper vests are not a tactical vest in my opinion. Im no operator kicking down doors and clearing rooms, but that pouch and all DDR AK mag pouches are a bitch to open quick with those 2 cheap nylon aluminum tipped straps.
They get hung up alot on the loops when Im opening them or its just a pain to open the flap quick. I wouldnt put my life in the hands of that vest if I needed a mag quick. Heres a few pics of mine: Its dated , size I still think the holster is for a flare pistol, or maybe a TT Very large for a PM, seems to flimsy for a real pistol, thats why I think a flare pistol is most likely, though it has no places for flares. Why wouldn't you leave the mag pouch open during an assault anyway?
Let the cover flap over them to stop debris from getting in and then flip up and grab a mag when you need one Can anyone tell me if the hooks and loops on the upper back of the vest are for attatching an East German bookbag?
