I woke up to get a nice big prick in my ass: Just administered my second test jab in the right glute and everything went fine.
Textbook actually which is good because my first injection wasn't without its minor hickups. But thanks for a lot of people's advice - it went very well. Nothing much to report as of yet since I've pretty much just woken up. However I did sneakily slip onto the scale this morning. I told myself that I would only weigh myself once per week but what the hell! Anyway, I'm up 2. Next weigh in will be next Monday. I might weigh myself every Monday and Thursday - not sure yet though.
Looking forward to chest and triceps tomorrow! Incline DB Flyes were meant to be in there too, but upon attempting them, I felt a painful twinge in my arm when I began raising the weight kind of where the tricep meets the posterior deltoid if that makes sense!
Nothing much to report Diet is still good and protein is constantly on the increase. Day 7 - Sunday, the day of rest! I usually get up every morning at 8 - 8. However, being that it's a Sunday, I got up at 10am instead and have been doing nothing all day except sitting in front of the box and eating!
That should take me up to about 1, cals or so and ish grams of protein. Tomorrow is going to be a pretty fun day Looking forward to it. Also, I've heard that after the first week of being on dbol is when the magic starts to happen - so we shall see!
Start of day 8; Well, first weekly weigh in was today and I've gained 5. Hopefully the strength gains should start to come this week. Today was also my injection day today was the 3rd ml jab so far and it went fine, just like last time. This is my first ever cycle - never touched anything other than protein. The 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off cycle continues as such. And therefore I will be taking in approximately 3, calories to start and we'll see where it goes from there. I will monitor my weight and body fat and simply adjust my diet accordingly.
